Synopsis: In this documentary two realities are being juxtaposed. One is revealed mainly through images of destroyed or abandoned houses of Ukrainians resisting as best they can the violence of war. The other is revealed through telephone conversations between ordinary Russian soldiers and their friends and relatives.
A documentary that provides important material for a sociological or psychological study of how ideology causes moral and emotional rigidity in otherwise ordinary people.
The film is competing for the LUX European Audience Prize. Screening attendees will have the opportunity to rate the film.
