Adonis Floridis is a director and screenwriter. His latest film "Rosemarie" (2018) was awarded, among others, the Best Film Award of the Panhellenic Film Critics Association (PEKK) at the 58th Thessaloniki Film Festival (2017), Best Film Award at the 15th International Film Festival Cyprus 2017 (International Competition Department), Van Gogh Award for Best Director at the Amsterdam Film Festival (2018) etc.

He has written the script and co-directed the films "Kalabush" and "Espresso" which have been shown in many countries of the world and have been awarded and received various distinctions at international festivals.
